The Edgewood project focused on transforming a compact front yard into a clean, functional, and visually elevated space. Our team managed all permitting, including Urban Forestry approvals for two mature trees—one of which was ultimately removed—as well as building and zoning permits for the deck and overall yard. The new landscape features striking Techo Bloc Rocka steps, Unilock Copthorn pavers in a sleek basalt tone, and a cinder block retaining wall with horizontal slats and granite copings.

We incorporated composite decking, a custom metal guard rail, and a low-maintenance planting plan to keep the space both modern and easy to care for. Subtle landscape lighting and a downlight from the remaining tree add a soft, welcoming glow after dark.
