Do you have experience leading teams to be the best that they can be, and produce top-tier work for our clients? Are you a strong communicator who can direct and coordinate on-site tasks, and personnel, while ensuring excellent customer service, strong time management, and knowledge of a number of areas of the Landscape Construction industry? We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreperson who has at least five years of experience in the industry.
Are you an experienced tradesperson who has at least three years of landscape construction experience and an interest in learning how to lead a team of talented people? Do you still have a desire to be hands-on while assisting the Foreperson in keeping track of materials, project progress, and overall job site organization? You could be our next Lead Hand.
Are you a craftsperson who has experience and skill in building fences, decks, cabanas, and other wooden structures? We are looking for individuals who have experience in landscape carpentry and construction. Experience in both framing and finishing is a plus.
The Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to manage the timely completion of grounds maintenance service contracts. The grounds maintenance crew leader will be required to supervise a crew of laborers and operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specific job tasks, as well as provide daily progress reporting on job time.
